p.s.. they rare pigs as pets in taipei
day 10,11 & 12
Arrived at Taipei at 5 plus in the morning... bloody COmet travel gave wrong details to our taipei agent.. i had to call back to sg and wake the shitty agent up to find out why there was nobody waiting for us at the arrival hall... sigh... luckily the taipei agent arrvied less than half an hour later.. hehe.. to make up for all the mix up and inconvenience, he brought us to a place where they serve free breakfast of meatball bee hoon!!! haha.. yum yum.. after which we did a little shopping *freaking expensive sia.. we paid sg$10 for a packet of preserved plums....but it was all worth it...*
crashed into huiling and shawn's room at abt 7 plus.. since we're only allowed to check in at 2pm.. hehe.. woke them up and made them wash up .. then we're off to ximenting for my very first bowl of "ah zong mee sua"!!!! haha.. addicted after that sia!!!!!! anwiae we also had the local breakfast of rice ball... wierd combi of egg, you tiao, preserved veg and meat floss inside...
joined 5 malaysians.. and rented a van up to "jiu fen"!!! it was really an experience!!! good food, nice structure and great buys!!!!
along the way we stopped at this national park with natural rock formations with one distinct one of the formation of a "queen's head".. there we stopped to get fresh local products such as salmon floss, cuttlefish (yes i know i spelt it wrongly.. ) and many more!!! then we had seafood dinner... wasn't as fantastic as the tourguide told us.. but it was still cheap!!! where to get 12 seafood dishes for sg$17 each??
well... we went to one of the mountain peaks *can't remember the name of the mountain.. but i guess its quite famous" to view taipei's night scenery.. then we went to shilin night market to walk walk... 
the next few days passed like a breeze... we explored ximenting, 101 building, a few other night markets... but its quite sad there cos other than the first day, it was raining throughout our stay there... see the rain behind us?!?!?! irene insist on taking 1 with us in the rain *thats what i call 'something wrong"*
hehe... overall we had fun there!! bought many pairs of shoes!!! cheap cheap!!! haha.. money not enough so have to change somemore.... well... we did what we aimed to do there.. shop shop shop.. oh ya!!! hahha... guess who i met there?!??!! jun xian and raymond together with a few other ntu ppl... what a coincidence!!! haha... we were staying in the same hotel!! and we met on the same lift while going down for breakfast!! haha.. never ever meet in Sg.. can meet in taipei... is this fate or what..
