us.. alone on the electric bus....
this is the place where we did our last min shopping!!! haha.. buy buy buy!!!! had great yet reasonable priced food too *those who are there remember to try a local steak place called TED's STEAKPLACE.. its on market st i think... near union square.. damn good steak!!!!".. the hotel that we were staying at was great! Ramada hotel is its name... its only a few streets away from the main shopping district.. only abt 10 mins walk... easy transportation to everywhere.. with electric trams and buses stops juz outside our hotel...
well.. on our first day there, we visited the golden gate bridge... managed to take the blue fleet to tour the harbour of san franciso and the famour pier 39 of the fisherman wharf.. had a fleeting view of the infamous prison island too!! mmm... looked kinda scary outside...

well.. jumping to the last day of san franciso, we woke up really early in the morning and chiong to the shopping malls to splurge on ourselves... VS, H2O, abercombie, gap.... swept up everything sia!!! haha.. after all that shopping, we chanced upon the local chocolate shop... its everywhere in san franciso since the factory is in the heart of the town.. Irene and i spent a bomb there on chocolates slices that are individually wrapped.. since it is generally cheaper as soveniors for ppl.. after buying, we realised that it actually cost us more than sg$0.50 a miserable small piece!!!! damn!! not so cheap after all!!! haha.. then wanted to take the electric tram up to fisherman wharf for more shopping and a seafood dinner... met 2 uncles from our tour group thus managed to cut the longgggggggg que to take the tram... haha.. followed the two photography enthusist to lombard street...
world's crookiest street.. to take pictures before making our way to fisherman's wharf.. haha.. kinda nice travelling with 2 daddy figures...
well... all was well in SF.. other than that there were still homeless ppl.. mainly blacks still loitering ard the streets esp after the sun sets... its quite a frightening sight, as they'll try to approach you and beg for $$... another interesting thing is that we took the electric bus for the first time while making our way back from the wharf.. the driver didn't charge us and even gave us a transfer ticket so that we can still take another trip without paying!!! haha.. nice guy.. but still quite scary cos we were the only 2 person on the bus at first.. and we were a little doubtful.. whether he's gonna bring us to some wierd place and sell us away.. haha...
